Sales → Service. A won quote moves the unit to prep. If the customer already has a fleet, PM coverage is attached on delivery.
Service → Parts. Down units park on waiting-parts until the counter allocates or special-orders. The tech stays on a parts run instead of guessing.
Rental → Shop. Damage at return opens an internal work order so the next customer does not get a chunked tire.
Admin gates delivery. Credit hold blocks winning a quote. Unbilled ready work is a leak, not a trophy.
