We’re a small firm that helps small businesses use AI without the circus — no hype, no black box, no “just trust the robot.”
Who we are
Next Move Solutions LLC is a Florida company (started January 2025). We help shops and operators cut chaos, clean up money work, stop lost leads, and put AI into tools they already use — with clear written scope and people still in charge of the big calls.
Our job in one sentence: give small businesses real help from modern AI, without fear, theater, or handing over control of their data and decisions.
We still stand by the original mission from our business plan: help small businesses with tools, strategy, and results that last — and relationships that do too.

Robert C. González — Founder and President. He’s the person accountable for the engagement, the technical decisions, and what goes live. Background spans decades of data work, automation, reporting, and running operations under real rules — including as a former GS-14 Court Administrator at the U.S. DOJ Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
That path matters for one simple reason: he’s been responsible for systems and people when mistakes weren’t “just a bad demo.” Small businesses still get that level of seriousness — without the big-firm runaround.
