I am Robert C. González, founder and president of Next Move Solutions, and I am accountable for the engagement, the technical decisions, and what goes live. My background is decades of data work, automation, and running operations under real rules, including as a former GS-14 Court Administrator at the U.S. Department of Justice immigration courts. I have been responsible for systems and people under those rules.
Patty Gonzalez is VP of Operations. She keeps delivery moving and works with clients day to day. Patty and I cover the skills a job needs, and she makes sure every tool I build actually gets used. See who works with you.

Jan 2025 – PresentFounder — Next Move Solutions LLC I write the scope for each shop and build the work on systems the firm runs itself. I have worked on the firm full-time since July 2025.

Dec 2015 – Jul 2020Operations & data leadership — CGI Federal (immigration courts contract) As Deputy Contract Director and Operations Manager, I ran a 25-person multi-site workforce across six states and cut case-processing cycle time by about 40 percent. Before that, I worked as a management analyst and a data and process specialist.

Feb 2012 – Aug 2015Legal Technology Specialist — Raymond Carrero, P.A. I built case systems, discovery workflows, and document automation. I am a Certified Paralegal (NALA).
