Our systems

You’re not buying an AI app off a shelf. You’re hiring a firm that already runs real tools for the work that keeps coming back — especially books and multi-entity money work — so no engagement starts from a blank spreadsheet.

What the systems do

Skip what doesn’t apply to your shop.

Deliver the work

  • Deals and scope on the record — engagement letters and statements of work, not a forgotten email.
  • A day-to-day cockpit so status isn’t stuck in someone’s head.
  • A workspace per business, and documents you can find again with need-to-know access.

Money and control

  • Books and multi-entity money work: activity in, staged, categories suggested, a person approves before anything hits the books. Filing and paying stay human.
  • The software suggests. A person decides.
  • Test before it hits production. Cowboy deploys that break production are not the method. Only a person you named as owner can put a change live.

Two sides of the same house

Inside the software we keep a clean split: how we run Next Move Solutions, and how we deliver client work. The company that signs the contract is not the same thing as every business under it. That keeps ownership and access honest.

The Liftline sample (Conti) is at nextmovesolutions.net/demos/forklift-dealer/. That path is a Caddy reverse-proxy to Liftline — not a demo.* login door, and not your books. After an engagement, contracted operators get a real seat. Public EOIR case data you can open without a seat lives at eoir.nextmovesolutions.net.

Built with Python / FastAPI, React / TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker, and DigitalOcean.

Tell us where it hurts.

We’ll tell you straight whether we can help, and what a real engagement would look like if we can.
