Money and control
- On the books, activity comes in, waits in review, gets a suggested category, and a person approves it before anything hits the books. Filing and paying stay with a person.
- The software suggests. A person decides.
- I test a change before it goes live, and only a person you named can turn it on.
Your shop is its own case. Job flow, quoting, inventory, and industry process are still scoped as custom work. Those systems are how I deliver.
My books and your work stay separate.
I keep my own books and your client work in separate systems. The company that signs the contract controls who can see what.

I build the software in Python and TypeScript. I keep the data in a PostgreSQL database and run it in Docker on DigitalOcean servers.
