Money and control
- Books and multi-entity money work: activity in, staged, categories suggested, a person approves before anything hits the books. Filing and paying stay human.
- The software suggests. A person decides.
- Test before it hits production. Cowboy deploys that break production are not the method. Only a person you named as owner can put a change live.
Your shop is not a textbook case. Job flow, quoting, inventory, and industry process are still scoped as custom work. Those systems are how we deliver. They are not a product you have to squeeze the shop into.

Inside the software we keep a clean split: how we run Next Move Solutions, and how we deliver client work. The company that signs the contract is not the same thing as every business under it. That keeps ownership and access honest.
